Max Power
Having been involved with a profitable UK company which has never defaulted but been on the receiving end of the Global Restructuring Group of RBS, I can vouch for the fact that what is alleged is very familiar. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-25077124 They make it almost impossible to seek redress and have most of the top law firms and accountancy practices in their pocket. The only thing which differentiates them from the Mafia is that they don't actually pull the trigger on their victims!

Shake me up Judy
That disgraced hero of entrepeneurial banking, former chairman of RBS, Fred Goodwin, should be taken out and shot. I'd gladly pull the trigger. RBS have been running a protection racket here that Tony Soprano would have been proud of. We're run by crooks, spivs, liars and posh boys. Absolute f**king disgrace. thebees
I went on and on and on about RBS & the evils they do to small businesses about 7 years ago. A company I know of got into factoring with them, it was a pyramid debt scheme, labour intensive and very costly. Vultures.

Gladys
Not just RBS, very many banks are using LTV as a means to call default. Shocking.
