Some (not all) male sex pests would be of the "old boiler" variety. I knew a beautiful young lady who recalled the story of being taken to see her "grandad Graham" as a teenager and he insisted on kissing her and forcing his tongue in her mouth. Ugh. However, nowadays, don't think that there are no women with the power to affect a man's career if he spurns her sexual advances. This certainly happens. Nothing sweet about a lot of females.
