I watched this fascinating (and balanced?) documentary a couple of weeks ago about his life: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jz4BvgTKQIE After reading a lot of books and articles and listening to a lot of people about Reagan, I've never been able to make head or tails of whether the man and his policies did something great or something awful with the economy during his presidency. Some say he ushered in a period of growth and development, others point to his deficit spending and say his deregulation caused the economic problems we're facing today.
