Sadly it will sold to the highest bidder who will just put some shit apartments on it because our government thinks only about money. It has this asset, as far as they're concerned its only value is a financial one. Like the post st mary train station.

it will be overpriced like all the other eyesores and left to rot or be given away to dandan

Over 100 years, the blocks will have settled by now to make a sound foundation.

You may have noticed but over recent years the old breakwater is gradually falling/slipping away. I remember it being considerably higher in the water at low tide.

On another note which I have previously mentioned Port Erin is a deep harbour and is the only place a marina should have been built. But the powers that be knew better.

Heard on the radio the doi or whoever want to knock it down. Well, that was inevitable. Probably an inside job.

The Government should do something innovative and long term with the area.

But hey, the easy route is Dandaraland. The money will keep the Island afloat for about 6 days or so after the reserves run out.

Ramsey bay would be even better ,the most sheltered Bay on the Island , Utilizing the Queens Pier location only problem would be the sandy terrain !
