The advice with asbestos always used to be to leave it in place if it wasn't actually a danger - attempted removal from a working building might be more hazardous. The insulation wouldn't be dangerous in itself, just something that needed careful disposal when it was removed (which it clearly didn't get). Gizo
It’s amazing what a bit of social media public shaming and influence by eco womble Dale does. The site has been cleaned to an inch of its existence. But it begs why does these cock ups happen all the time but yet it needs social media shaming before anything gets done to a standard to which it should have been done anyway. A clean job is a good job.

As Jason Moorehouse keeps say, it’s spades in the ground that are required. Perhaps the developers have run out of money?

I registered interest, received two well-prepared PDFs or links to a website, haven't heard much recently. Got the impression that some were reserved. Down here the market is dead, heavily oversold during the pandemic, maybe the same on the rock?

Isn't there a planning restriction that stops them doing any work during nesting season, which has only just ended, so not really the developers fault.
