Israel vs. the rest of the world?

Yes, several of my most recent posts have specifically pointed out they were targeted. They were targeted at locations Israel knew contained civilians. That is rather the cause of the objection.

All Hezbollah and Hamas attacks 24/7 are targeted at Israeli civilians. The complete wipeout and destruction of Israel and every last Jew (Including the kids) is their primary aim and casus belli. What's 'targeted' or proportional about that ? This ongoing conflict is not war as you think you know it.

All very laudable and in the current situation totally unrealistic and completely out of sight. Just like most of your posts...

You really think Iran wants peace in the area? This I really want to hear - why do you think they finance and arm their proxies Hamas and Hezbollah?

You need to get real...

Wonder if it's anything to do with Israel's illegal occupation of the West Bank or their invasion of Lebanon in the 80s.

No shit Hezbollah and Hamas are bad. Two wrongs do not make a right.

I doubt it.

In the current situation? No probably not. Which is why a political solution is the only alternative to a forever war.

There's no hope for you because you can't grasp the fact that the Mullahs fund and arm Hamas and Hezbollah for a reason.

Which means, of course, that a political solution just isn't on the event horizon and probably never will be.

So essentially you're just pissing in the wind...

Military solutions are working so well, obviously. Record low rate of deaths in the whole region.

Oh wait.

Reality still escapes you then...

Having degraded Hamas it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if the current degradation in Hezbollah comms is a prelude to giving them a good slapping as well...

All they've done is create more orphans who have good reason to despise Israel. Guess what they're going to grow up into now.

There is no political or two state solution. The mullahs don't do modern statecraft and negotiated settlements. They're medieval absolutists. The only solution and hope is a long slow Israeli victory. Other neighbouring states have settled for peace and let's hope it lasts. It's in their own long term interest. As long as the Brotherhood doesn't take over again. The best hope is for a pragmatic Palestinian surrender and renegotiation. Before that Hamas and Hezbollah will have to be destroyed and the mullahs to be overthrown in Iran. Until then nothing will be achieved.

They were going to grow up exactly as the Mullahs wanted anyway. Who else do you think funds their education?

Unfortunatly the likes of HeliX simply don't understand the nuances of how the region has evolved.

Lots of Palestinians are kept in refugee camps simply to remind the rest of the Arab world that they must want nothing but the annihilation of Israel!

Who is it who doesn't let them leave the camps?

Correct. Pawns in the Arab chess game. They don't give a shit about their own people.
