What's the peace that Palestine can settle for? Continuing to be an oppressed strip of land where water, food, electricity are all controlled by Israel? If you offer people a hopeless future you surely can't be surprised when they try to fight their way out of it.

If the individuals involved were reversed this would be all over the front pages as proof of how horrendous Hamas are (which they are).

But it's the IDF. So it won't.
