fich66
Just wondering if anyone has a RPi model B (not the new B+) lying around collecting dust? I've recently received the new B+ board however the image I need to run doesn't include the required firmware for the new board unfortunately. Slim
I've an original 256mb B that I'll happily swap if you're stuck, or are you after the 512? Can't you upgrade the image?
AcousticallyChallenged
Can you not just add the new firmware files to the image? I've also got an original 256mb B...

fich66
Trying to run the Hashra Blade Controla from hashra.com/support ... I believe I can boot the image on the Model B and run sudo apt-get update followed by sudo apt-get upgrade to obtain the updated firmware. Unfortunately the only Model B I have is in use and I'm unable to disconnect it at present. Cheers for the replies guys, I think I've managed to source a spare model B I can use from a colleague I'll give it a go tomorrow and hopefully get the image to boot on the B+
Slim
You might want to try apt-get dist-upgrade rather than upgrade.
