The reason they offer stuff so cheap is because they can source it from non EU suppliers, which is unfortunately often past the release date. For something you're desperate to play/watch as soon as possible, you'd be better paying an extra couple of quid and picking up a copy in a real shop. I've pre-ordered at least 4 things from Play.com before and not one of them has arrived on time, mostly a week later. I was never desperate for it though.
