HeliX
Let's see: 1) It's unoriginal; 2) It's stupid; 3) It's defamatory; 4) It's provocative; and, 5) It's wrong. It's none of the above. Yes, it is. You stole the joke from someone else and it was moderately funny when they first did it but now it's just unoriginal and stale. It's not a joke
Thomas Jefferson
It's not a joke Oh, so you weren't trying to imply that The Sick Moon is me. I apologise for the misunderstanding.
Albert Tatlock
Is it simply fate that the dense will inherit the earth? Are people even genuinely as thick as they appear, or are they just easily swayed by those who deliberately misconstrue language for near nefarious ends? Are you stupid? Yes, you are.To be honest...the first thing I thought about when I saw this thread title...was you.
Godred_Crovan
Yes these are very interesting discussions indeed. I find the levels that we rise to amazing. Keep up the great work gang. These posts will sometime in the future be seen as classics.
ThatSkepticGuy
Stupid is reaching new levels here in the states. You'd think anyone that made it far enough through the education system could recall who won the civil war.
Thomas Jefferson
The correct answer, kids, is the bankers won the civil war and every other war.

The Border Terrier
I always blame myself in those circumstances. "If they haven't understood me it must be because I didn't explain myself well enough, I'll try again." And again. But sometimes they're just thick. It can cause problems when (on here for example) when my thought process is "They don't agree with me, they can't have understood me, I must not have explained myself well enough. I'll try again" And again. But sometimes people just don't agree with me and only occasionally that's because they're thick. There is of course a third option which you really need to consider... That you are wrong! And a fourth. That both arguments are correct. TBT.
