If so, whilst rarely agreeing with Tory ideals, I agree with this one. The biggest problem we face (and many problems arise from it) is over-population. Whilst I agree that how many kids anyone else has is only their business, I think two children is enough and if you don't agree, fine as long as you don't want more child benefit after the first two.
