manxy
Husband is wanting to learn more about cooking and looking to purchase either of these books. Sounds good to me
Yin & Yang
I'm sure I have two of these at home, which are absolutley no help to me! I'll check when I get home and PM you later.
Merkin
Jamie books are great, if a little hard to follow on occasion. Cooked a firm favourite, chicken cacciatore, over the weekend from the 15 min book. Substitute regular spaghetti with courgette spaghetti for girly carb free nommers. Your hubby will be pleased to have either of these books in his life.
slinkydevil
Some examples are online if he wants to try: http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/category/books/jamie-s-15-minute-meals/#WQJ7Klj7xAgVSY1X.97 http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/category/books/jamie-s-30-minute-meals/#vfOFxPl3rhiXiihi.97 Just be prepared for them to not take 15 or 30 minutes! wrighty
I was going to add - the 15 minute meals book is fine. With practice and assistance you might get the time down to about 45. Check out eBay for second hand books - sometimes they're virtually given away - and Amazon used offers.
Addie
Manxy, my husband started cooking via Jamies 15 minute meals too. :-) I've got a Lurch Spiralizer gizmo I'd like to sell for making vegetable spaghetti ;-) Used once, but not the exact item that I thought it was.
