more doubt it seems x

There is no doubt, just idiocy. He's referring to the location of the interviewer.

It's like I said earlier, conspiracy nutters like you simply lack trust. You can't possibly understand everything, so unlike rational people you mistrust anything you don't understand automatically. It's very arrogant to think you can understand everything and dismissive of those specialists and teams who devote themselves to learning and specialisation. A very sad view of the world.

If observation is so important to your acceptance, you can see the ISS yourself if you know where to look.

i'm not a "conspiracy nutter" slim, i'm just a member of mf like you. i'm taking part in the discussion on "flat earth", which gerry started. now, as you know, i have already said i don't know what shape the earth is. how can you ignore that? and then call me a "conspiracy nutter"? what exactly do you mean by this? i've never been to space nor circumnavigated the earth. therefore i do not know the shape of the earth. this is not a conspiracy it's called telling the truth. i'm just learning so please be kind.

trust is earned slim. belief wears the harness of proof beyond doubt. looks are deceiving slim. if you are happy with your beliefs that's fine. don't ridicule me for my lack of belief here please, it's a discussion and there are opposing sides all over the net and right through history. there's no need for me to believe, what i am aware of. i'm just aware and becoming more and more aware through research and forums like this with nice people who share info. i appreciate your views and info but i'm not obliged to take them as my own. thanks for the help and please try to be kind slim. i have no ill feeling for anyone here i actually enjoy differing views for all the good it brings xxx

as for your excuse, (or is there evidence to show he was reffering to the interviwer?) he is either not reffering to the interviewer or cannot articulate basic information. seemed fine talkin about school life.....so, he's talking about his school life and then describes his activities there. he then say's about his school life.......

"And all of that happened in a liitle town, called York, Maine, across the United States, from where, we're talking to you right now"

so in english that means to me they are in "York Maine, right now."

and if you want to argue with someone check out the comments underneath the video loads of it there slim. in the meantime you can see it's not easy to trust nor is it necessary. just keep learning to get a better view. i still do not know but i'm learning and that's good. x

Are you telling me what to think Paul? I'm my own person who makes his own mind up based on his observations. My observation is that support for an obviously tenuous theory that the ISS is in america makes you a conspiracy nutter.

trust is earned slim.

So in the case of those astronauts, they would have at least a masters degree in science or engineering which would be around 5 years of study and 1,000 hours of flying time in a jet aircraft. To gain those hours means you've been an officer, with all the years and training and rigorous recruitment that's involved in that process. Do you think, after all that, that he's earned a bit of trust in his abilities?

If you've watched their other interviews, it's clear they know the location of the interviewers. Watch:

..at about 1 min in, you'll see it's clear they know where their interviewers are.

Also, this was an arranged interview with a specific set of students, see:

http://www.americaspace.com/?p=40509

They knew exactly where the interviewers were. They're referring to their position. You'd have to be a very mistrustful individual to think otherwise.

no i'm telling you what i know slim. i havn't offered any support i'm just looking at the info as i cannot know the shape of the earth. isn't that easy enough for you to understand? some people thought the isle of man was flying to the moon soon as well. a business venture no less. were they all conspiracy theorists? what happened to those spaceships?

i don't doubt the abilities of anyone. i offer no support either way in this discussion. just good old obsevations slim. so again i'll remind you of my position, regarding the thread gerry started on this duscussion forum. i do not know the shape of the earth, but i'm having a good time finding out all the possibilities and sources of information. thanks slim no need for you to make excuses for nasa x

that's not what he said. i'll take his words into account.unless you have proof of what he meant? is there evidence of this? does he correct himself somewhere? i'm pretty sure he does know the location of the interviewer, of course. none the less his words cannot be taken as anything other than they are. unless he says so, not you slim!x
