You wouldn’t know evidence if you watched the Ben sail under the horizon from Douglas Head with a friend watching from the harbour wall; or watched a sun rise from the same places. One is a clear demonstration of the existence of the horizon and the other is a quick and dirty way of calculating the size of the Earth. Guess what. People have done these experiments and ones like them a lot. If you did them and got consistently different results you’d have the makings of a scientific refutation. Have you actually taken a single measurement while fagging up this thread with scientifically useless YouTube videos and passive aggressive love-ins with Neil Down and his ilk?
