commish
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-32817114 Five banks have been fined a total of £3.6 billion for manipulating foreign exchange rates. Can anyone tell me what happens to the fines? Who gets it? Does it just go into the US Government coffers, or do any of the victims of the scam get compensation? gerrydandridge
Yes but more criminal activity by the banks and the fraudulent financial industry.. It effects everyone, just like the Libor rate fixing, the PPI SCAM, endowment scams, the mortgage fraud. they don't call them banksters for nothing... I would expect as they are all in it together probably the fine goes from the left hand straight into the right hand...

Lxxx
Fines just make good headlines to placate the dumb public. They just get offset against a tax bill anyway so it's just business as usual.
