Harry won it with a shit team too. Portsmouth. And got into the Champions League with Spurs. Martinez isn't a good manager. notwell Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 Well United fans don't really have that much say over who is coming and going. There isn't any doubt about Mourinho's quality as a manager. I'd prefer him to cut out some of the petty stuff and act with a bit more class though because those sort of things distract and don't help anyone. He'll be a good appointment for United. But I thought United's self-mythology was about attacking football and self produced players. Not traditional qualities of Mouriniho's teams.
