He's a wealthy arsehole who's used to buying anything he wants; whether it's a fuck with a porn star or her subsequent silence. The problem might be that his core constituency just doesn't care. It was absolutely clear what sort of man he was from his comments about grabbing women's pussies before he was elected. In a miracle of double-think, even the religious right doesn't seem to be overly concerned, preferring an ethically and morally bankrupt arsehole to any sort of liberal.
