You mean the most divisive President in US history?

The US President that is causing ripples across the entire world with his populist brand of facism?

Stick your head in the sand all you want.

Of course he's divisive. US society is horribly fractured, he's not the cause he's the effect.

'Populist brand of fascism'? Give us all a break with your sensationalism.

He is the catalyst.

Charlottesville was a window into the future.

And its not just happening in the States.

He was voted in precisely because their society is divided, it's not just divided due to him being there. Come on, do keep up.

It's always been divided.  That's normal.  This isn't normal.

It's never been this abnormal. Whole swathes of society being 'triggered' and causing meltdown by the slightest thing. Previously it was divided along the lines of colour, race, social status but now it's gone up a notch with the media feeding the frenzy.

It's almost as if powerful interests desire a civil war.

His lawyer's making noises as if he's about to flip, or wants to.  The republicans won't impeach him, and he'll never resign, even if he makes it to the 2020 election and loses that, he won't walk away.  Interesting times ahead.

I have a feeling lots of people aren't going to be alive to see that.

Well I consider The Don as being the best thing to have happened in Western politics in decades and Barack Hussein Obama the worst.

Trump isn't a soft cuddly person, he's a brass necked hard faced SOB which is precisely what was and is needed.

It's just a shame that we don't have a political leader of the same kidney, the closest that we did have was Mrs Thatcher and how much we need latter-day Thatcher today.
