RIchard Britten
The purge has started already. Trump is clearing house to make sure there are no more surprises in the run up to the elections.

Plenty of time.
Chinahand
Trump is an interesting character, as is the reaction of a certain segments of the electorate to him. One portion of America are convinced Trump is going to lie and manipulate so he can start a war with Iran. The evidence seems to be the exact opposite with him lying and dissembling about significant numbers of injuries Iranian rocket attacks caused to American troops so as to reduce tensions and the risk of war. Funny old world. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-51453829

Funny old world. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-51453829 I wonder if the United States of America is heading towards becoming the Disunited States of America. It seems that the stresses between the Republican party and the Democratic party are now insurmountable.
TheTeapot
Trump is far less war hungry than I expected. He made an interesting comment when ranting about John Bolton - "if I'd listened to him we'd be in WW6 by now" - but I suspect rather than keeping out of military conflict because its the right thing to do its because he's actually a total coward. And those traumatic brain injuries now being reported are, after finally admitting that US troops were injured, simply "headaches" according to him. I'm completely baffled as to how he gets the support he does, although as in the UK it may be because the opposition are totally inept. RIchard Britten
Trump won't start a war with Iran, because he knows he won't be able to finish it. Mainly because Iran are allied with Russia and China (plus other Middle Eastern countries). He can posture all he wants, but at the end of the day its just noise and rhetoric to whip up the Trump faithful into thinking he is "acting tough".

He's the very best POTUS that the USA has had in decades.

The man, his style, and his policies are liked very much by his supporters because for one thing he's not a Socialist and for another he is achieving his aim to make America great again.
