Non-Believer
Trump departs the White House now, he's having his own send off at Andrew's Air Force base having refused to attend Biden's inauguration. No Mike Pence there to see him off either. Wife Melania leaves with the lowest ever rating for a First Lady of 37%. Sky's Adam Boulton describes Trump as "an arrogant, petulant man". Somewhat disappointed they didn’t have to use a SWAT team to pry his fingertips off the desk...
Non-Believer
Trump delivering address now, following 21 gun salute. Says his administration was "a miracle". American economy is set to skyrocket thanks to him, claims credit for vaccine development speed, everything has been left set up to succeed. "China Virus ....we all know where it came from" "We will be back in some form" (present family and friends cheer)

Non-Believer
"We built the greatest economy in the history of the World". Shame that there's 400,000+ Americans who are recently no longer around to see it and participate in it.

Thats not all his fault. Would you say the same things about Boris? I am no fan of Trump but there were ands still are some serious issues to deal with....corruption mainly. Multiple news sources would disagree with you, citing failures of Trump administration in dealing with the coronavirus crisis, yes there are state level failings but ultimately the Federal government are responsible. Apple
Covid is not a lie though. How he prepared and acted on it though was largely inexplicable but he was way out of his depth on that.

If the documentary on Covid that I watched on ITV last night (9pm - 10.30) had a grain of truth in it, then a number of Western leaders and their policies, primarily Trump, Bullshitting Boris and one or two in Europe are going to come out of this looking very, very bad when the dust eventually settles. Ranging from outright Covid denial to the disregarding of medical advice and procedures for pan/epidemic spread. Let alone injecting disinfectant as a cure. As a sobering fact. UK now has 91,000 Covid-related deaths on record. Taiwan, with a population of 23 million has 7 recorded Covid deaths. Yes, seven. Purely down to the way they dealt with it and adhered to their procedures until the virus was controlled.

Neither are the billionaire owners of news corporations and social media. But they can stifle a President. There has been wrong all round and Trump created and built on the fear and anger he largely fuelled himself. They will never be the same again, especially when it comes to China and wars in far off lands. He took an a rubbish legacy, and has left an even bigger mess behind.
