I've respect for juries and don't think Trump was so hated that not one would baulk at finding him not guilty if that is what the evidence pointed towards. Guilty as charged your honour. Because it would turn certain voters away from him. Especially those in the "Bible Belt" where the majorities are very thin. Now Trump won the Republican nomination on March 12, 2024, making him the presumptive Republican nominee. So the first major "weathervane" of his conviction will be when the Republican Party select its presidential nominee at the 2024 Republican National Convention, which will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from July 15-18, 2024.
