It's like turning up in Afghanistan as a tourist and wondering why you're being beheaded - It might not be your fault, but you're still fucked. Risk assessment! No coincidence that he did it on the anniversary of Wade vs Rowe. And the day after the Women's march (which had a far greater turn out than his inauguration).
