RIchard Britten
The media, no. He's more threatened by certain sections of the media than those sections of the media are threatened by him. He provides ample grist to their mill. It is the job of the media to hold the administration up to scrutiny, something he just doesn't seem to grasp. One of the many things. The media's main role is to frame the narrative in conjunction with government. Both parties can't do this if he shoots from the hip direct to the public via the likes of Twitter. That's a dangerous precedent to set as it results in a loss of control which big government loves and will need to be stopped. But it also makes it very easy to see that he has no idea what he is talking about most of the time...
guzzi
OK Lxxx , I understand your logic now, but that isn't a road I want to go down. Edited March 31, 2017 by guzzi
GD4ELI
I don't think the republicans in particular are overly concerned about him. He effectively ran as an independent under the republican banner. Politicians across both parties are not happy with him as he is exposing their cosy lifestyle they had grown accustomed to. It seems that the senior republicans are doing all they can to ensure his departure. One of many interesting articles: http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/flynn-nunes-fallout-grows-ominous-trump-white-house-n740956

Tarne
Definitely one of the most ineffectual Presidents so far with a useless team. Come on Donald, nuke North Korea and let's have some fun.

Albert Tatlock
This North Korean situation is likely to get rapidly out of hand and control...much sooner than many think IMO. Trump is the last type of man that should be dealing with it. This needs the diplomats and experts, not some inexperienced political dick waver like Trump. P.K.
Wonder what a small flotilla will achieve against a massively armed state These days it's about firepower rather than numbers. Trump and Xi must have discussed Pyongyang and surprise surprise next thing some sacrificial lambs US assets are headed for NK.
