Max Power
Well, if I was worried about it, I'd nip to B&Q and buy a tin of blue paint and a brush with a little of the money I am given each week?
Englishman
The story is a perfect example of media bullshit. All the doors of houses maintained by the landlord in question are painted red, not just those of asylum seekers. It just happens that they have a contract to provide housing to a lot of asylum seekers. Are they supposed to buy ten colours of paint to hide the fact a lot of their houses are occupied by asylum seekers. The comparisons with Nazi Germany are hilarious. I don't remember the Nazis giving asylum seekers free housing and giving them child benefit and money. I'm sure a red door would have been the least of Anne Frank's worries. If they don't like it, they are welcome to go back home.
