Rog Posted June 26, 2005 Share Posted June 26, 2005 Ahh..Tuborg..that brings back memories - they used to do a Christmas Calender - the thing with 24 doors, one for each day before Christmas - well, their's was different - instead of chocolate or toys, it had a can of Tuborg behind every door! Needless to say that Christmas came pretty early that year <{POST_SNAPBACK}> (‘scuse spellin’) Bratwurst mit senf Bockwurst Currywurst (!) Schnitzel Gulashsuppe Dumplings Eiscaffe Sasha torte (well it’s nearly Germany!) Various cakes to die for Rauchen beer (Love it!) Jagermiester Hahnenklee and Goslar in the autumn Schnel Imbis joints on the A-Bahn Decent Coffee Villager Cigars (well, nearly Germany!) Rotring drawing instruments Aachen Novotel on a cold winter night after a drive from Calais The various breads REAL Continental breakfasts The people Those Christmas things that rotate due to the convection currents from a candle -- So much more, I could go on and on!
