There is a possibility that she could be made Interior Secretary which means she would control 20% of the US landmass - 500 million acres. Currently the natural resources on federal land are strictly controlled. If you want a simple way to raise a lot of revenue relaxing the rules and issuing licenses for coal, oil and gas to the big energy concerns would do it.
