There is a state of rediness thing too. The USA is instant, as is the UK. I think China takes 15 hours to fuel and launch. When China announced earlier this year that they wanted to move to quicker launch, America protested and put anti missile missiles in South Korea and Japan. Not sure about this 100%. But my internet is limited to google it. It's all to do with this anti nuke treaties. The stuff that the nuke states signed up to, but the secret nukes states could ignore. Anyhow. take advantage of what? Take advantage of their legal standing in international courts, that say Isreal is an illegal occupying force. Hey... Iwant this field back. I will throw a stone at you if you don't give it back..... Oh sorry. you have Nukes. You win. Come on China. I thought you were all for the opressed people of the world.
