Disputes take a very long time, if ever to resolve through WTO - but there is a process, and the process can be very damaging. When one country claims that another is in breach of WTO rules and claims its cost them £XB in lost trade they aren’t looking for monetary compensation, they are looking for concessions on trade terms. He's an animal of the EU as his previous conduct demonstrates. Looks like he now believes that everyone apart from himself has it wrong. It does rather illustrate all that is bad about the EU.
