Once they have a taste, do you honest think its going to end well for either A: the NHS consumer or B: the US pharmaceutical industry or C: the US pharmaceutical industry and the fledgling UK health insurance industry that will rise up from the ashes of the NHS? Quote As for trade, you continue to peddle ludicrous pessimism. And you continue to peddle ludicrous hopes and dreams. Which would seem the more cautious way to do trade? And you continue to peddle ludicrous hopes and dreams. Which would seem the more cautious way to do trade? You listen to far too much propaganda. There is no evidence whatsoever that there will even be meaningful reform in the NHS which is actually long overdue. Do you seriously believe that "free at point of delivery" is seriously under threat? No hopes and dreams, just that things will not be so much different on trade. It is in everyone's interest not to rock the boat too much because there in no point is damaging each other. The UK is not the pushover you seem to believe it is. We can but wait and see. Quote Do you seriously believe that "free at point of delivery" is seriously under threat? Yes, and it has been since the early 2000's. Jeremy Hunt has been laying the ground work for the carving up of the NHS for some time now. Quote The UK is not the pushover you seem to believe it is Well, I am willing to be proved wrong, but I fear by the time we realise it isn't, it will be too late. Quote We can but wait and see. I'm talking about the actual Project Fear, not the made up one Brexiteers went all snowflakey for. You know, Farage and his bill board, The "EU army will quell dissent", Turkey will join the EU, etc, etc You are so deep into the propaganda, you can't even smell what you're standing in. Know what Richard? If you don't like the future of the UK with the best PM and government since Maggie Thatcher and on track to real progress from Socialist crap to decency then there's a number of boats during the day. A number of aircraft leaving our country and even a tunnel for rats to run down so why not choose one and GO.
