Most men, imo, are less than scrupulous in this area, same with their feet, and the build-up of smeg in the uncircumcised allows for easier accumulation of bacteria; gonorrhoic, syphilitic, Hiv, urinary tract infections in little boys, etc. Fundamentally, it's all about personal hygiene in this respect, I promise you. I rather hope that Scotland becomes independent, TOTALLY independent from England and with a hard physical border between us. Provisionally it would have to adopt the Euro and come up with a plan for its borders with England and NI also. Then a transition period of its own in the process if accepted. It's not certain the Independence lobby would have the advantage in a vote anyway- look at the way the brexit vote went.
