He's talking about a Customs Union not the Customs Union.Granted he's basically looking both ways - but that may end up being a very successful strategy if it results in the deal/no deal being voted down in Parliament. The Conservatives are going to have to decide whether they really want to be UKIP or not. But most people in Britain will not support a scorched earth policy towards exit. Most people are centrists and want a sensible middle route. That 3% figure is a fiction. The Labour Party's membership has never been surveyed about staying in a / the Customs Union. Neither has the electorate. Perhaps there should be some sort of referendum in which people could decide. But you should probably put your concerns to Corbyn directly. Write to him. In green ink. In green ink. are you always such a knob- i know the difference ffs labour remain members had a campaign the last few weeks to email the labour party- that's the 3% so it's not fiction....
