He wants to see the end of the EU and other organisations of the west because they are a size that he cannot bully. The idea that Trump would give the UK or any country a good deal if they were out of the UK is baloney. In any deal as he sees it there has to be a winner, which must be him, and everybody else are losers. The countries of the EU are much easier to pick off one by one than if they are united. Now I understand that people may wish to leave the EU but if they believe that one of the benefits of leaving the EU is that the UK will get a great deal with the US they are fooling themselves. Once Trump has the UK where he wants it he will shaft the UK just like he does everybody else. see the trade war- the eu is hopeless.....

But it was bound to happen, with or without Brexit, differing economic cycles, changing currency values, other EU economies taking off. Of course Rog and W2 don’t point out that whilst net EU migration to UK was the lowest in 6 years at 101,000 net immigration, which the UK has total control over, and is nothing to do with the EU, was at a 6 year high of 227,000, even after 7 years of conservative government promising to get it down to tens of thousands. The EU is just scapegoated in any immigration debate.

You have to worry about what sort of empty life someone (woody2) must lead to have to spend a fair amount of time posting complete rubbish on here, day in day out, as it must take time and effort to find articles etc. and then cherry pick bits out to misrepresent the article or choose to find facts and then argue that the exact opposite is true. Now I understand that at the start woody2 could have fun from just being a troll, but once everybody cottons on that the chances are that whatever you post are complete bollocks or are probably 180 degrees from the truth you wonder what level of mentality would make you want to carry on.
