No need for any stress induced decompression, not like you’re telling people they’ve got terminal cancer all the time, or as if you could make any serious mistakes. Of course, you’re not going to have many days off sick, you might be working with sick people all the time, but you’ll know how to look after yourself, surely. Three and a half days a week, you’d double that for old Woody2 and the glory of Brexit wouldn’t you? You wouldn’t just up and offski to somewhere that pays better would you? Doctors should be very well paid. They do important and very stressful work. There is no shortage of money to fund that. As QE has clearly demonstrated. Down on my manor my GP has three partners and three salaried doctors all with Indian sounding names ie like from the Indian sub-Continent but of course could easily be British. So no heap plenty Medicine Man jokes please! it only came out in august this year that docs work 3.5 day a week...... you do know what average means.......
