Investment intentions deteriorated significantly, as spending on buildings, training and innovation is expected to be cut back in the next year. The U.K. has to negotiate its own WTO schedules. The reality that they can’t just be rolled over is one of the key reasons Brexit is falling apart. Well even if that is true, which I very much doubt, ALL the 164 WTO members will have to agree to it first.
