She was saying earlier that the three options were The Way Of The Maybot, no deal or no brexit. If she gets dumped it will probably be no deal because I don't see any of the others withdrawing from Art. 50.
asitis
It has been obvious for some time that it was going to come to this ! it was also patently obvious that May didn't even believe herself when she orated on her intentions to implement Brexit. The UK is in this mess for two reasons 1. The EU and their intransigence to David Cameron and 2. The politicians themselves. The result of the referendum is almost a sideshow now !! quilp
How can any real progress ever be made with remainers in charge of the proceedings? It's a fucking shambles because of it... 1

There needs to be compromise at some point, but all of that is coming from the Remainers. Leavers didn't have a plan for Brexit, and still haven't put one forward.

Apart from back bencher Rees Mogg any of them who have had any decent theoretical level of involvement and influence have quit. The Tories are full of quitters. Apart from May strangely. And why do they quit? Is it because a) they're spoilt brats who spit the dummy when they don't get their own way or b) because they are clueless morons who don't know who this mess came about and don't know how to get out of it? TheTeapot
I should probably add that I don't think labour would be handling it much better.

Of course they have - There was a referendum because they'd been demanding one for years. The vote was Leave and we're Leaving as a result. The PM has said Brexit means Brexit constantly and hasn't sought a remain option. We can't join the EEA because they think this doesn't fulfill Brexit (despite claiming we could during the referendum). The government activated Article 20 hastily before there was a plan because Leavers demanded it. The transition period will be 2 years rather than a gradual process because the Leavers demand we rush into it. The withdrawal plan announced yesterday is a plan to leave. If Remainers had their way it wouldn't. We've been listening to the Brexiteers since 2016. All they've produced is chaos. Time to postpone Brexit until they know what they're doing.

mojomonkey
Farage ranting about how terrible the agreement is, only then to admit he hasn't actually read it. Today really is comedy gold in the world of UK politics.
