Because it is not a racist or sexist or anything-ist slur. It is a political position taken by people of differing origins. Declan
Richard, it's amazing how often you end up losing a discussion you should win. The repeated use of Gammon in discussions with the world's Woolley's just validates their approach of grouping people under labels and dismissing their views - what's the difference between SJW and Libtard and gammon. The position of rationale caring people is that humanity is complex and you can box people up into groups but consider them them as individuals with their own needs - that's why the other side hate multiculturalism and diversity. We can't argue for those values and at the same time throw around stereotypical labels. 1

We can't argue for those values and at the same time throw around stereotypical labels. I am not dismissing other people's views, I am countering them. That is what rational, caring people do rather than lashing out. However, because the metropolitan liberals are always right and have been told that they are always right during their entire lives, they are unable to engage with a dissenting thought. It isn't what they think and therefore it cannot possibly have value. That is when they resort to the pejoratives such as "gammon" which is a racist, sexist AND ageist slur all in one word!!

Of course, the right-wingers use the word "liberal" in a derogatory way as in: 18 hours ago, woolley said: Of course you are, dear fellow. That is what liberals are for while the rest of us get on with everything. But then I suppose they just don't know any better....

ballaughbiker
Assuming one can loose if one is blocked from taking part, "you" apparently won because Vote Leave is said to have committed the largest breach of campaign finance law in British history. Undemocratic. Face it.
