And almost 4 times the original projection of £20m. And almost an infinite number of times the original projection of fuck all.

According to the NPM and Minister Tim, there is still work to be completed on the new ferry terminal. Ultimately the Steam Packet will have overall responsibility for when it becomes operational.

One would love to know what the financial arrangements will be in respect of this Govt-owned facility and the "arms-length", Govt-owned ferry operator. To include how much it's going to cost to run and how and over how long they intend to recoup the spend?
