Hahaha, admit they got it wrong. Christ you've only been gone a few months you didn't think things would change that quickly did you

You and I know well enough about the abject inability to hold hands up and  admit things aren’t good. And woe betide you question the position!

I, along with many others pointed out the folly of this project before a spade even went in the ground. When you do so, it just makes them double down on stupidity.

But have you noticed there hasn’t even been a whisper about ongoing costs? This thing is going to need staffing and maintaining - and for what? What happens during the winter, when there are no fast craft sailings - a mode of sea travel that has in any case had its day?

Its about time they leant on Lansons and that half a million quid retainer they pay them to spin their way out of this and walk quietly away. It might have cost us 30 million, but it is just going to keep bleeding the island dry. An admission that we got it ring, a couple of noble resignations, and forget it ever happened.

Perhaps sea cat travel hasn’t had its day.

This has just started operating Denia to Ibiza. 3.5 hours by SeaCat and it’s an all year round route and can be extremely rough in winter.

That's an impressive vessel. No restriction in speed either.

I’ll have that John - modern, economical and clean.
