What should I empathise with criminals? If they really are Ill enough resources are available for them to be treated and being banged up in a REAL prison will impose cold turkey on them and force them to shape up or make treatment obvious. In any case locking them away from decent society will remove consumers from the market and locking up suppliers will remove the suppliers. I have no time for fools, especially hedonistic fools who pretend that what they do is sadly more popular so it must be them that they are right and decent people are wrong.
