I’m partial to a military memoir and it’s quite common to read of men and women who are rightly viewed by “decent” people to be heroes fuelling their heroics on amphetamine. My own Grandfather who was very small ‘c’ conservative told me of earning his oak leaf whilst speeding his tits off. (He probably didn’t use those exact words.) 2

I would hardly call the use of drugs under such circumstances recreational.
quilp
'Oh Canada!' Sensible move. Trudeau also hinting at quashing past convictions for possession and claiming the war has been lost. He always was a tad slow.
TheTeapot
Good on them, although I don't know what difference it makes, it was so easy to buy last time I was in Vancouver. And pretty much anyone who wasn't jogging in Stanley Park was smoking it.

quilp
Expected to bring a C$400,000,000 windfall for government and as Trudeau says, out of the hands of organised crime. Less work for the cops and the justice system. Has to be a win-win. Peace, love, dope...
