If you think whence it comes legal you can only buy it from Government shops you need to take your head for a wobble. government shops just need to undercut the dealers so it isn't worth their bother, maybe just allow folks to have a couple of plants themselves and home grow, butch could be technical adviser

It would be fairly straight forward to legislate so it can only be legally purchased from licensed growers/vendors; much in the same way that I can't sell my home-brew. It looks rather like the reason that Juan Turner managed to get off on the data protection charge. Because they hadn't updated the admissible evidence law when the UK did to cope with ultra-modern technology, like ... er ... computers, what would otherwise be solid proof suddenly was found never to have been allowed. You wonder just how many convictions could be declared invalid because the AG's Office sat around doing nothing about it for 15 years. It's not even the first time we've seen this sort of slip up.

So would a change in the law have saved this young fella? Quote Mr Needham concluded by stating anyone who uses intravenous drugs will always face a risk of fatality, and that seeing the Drug and Alcohol Team sooner wouldn't have necessarily led to a different outcome in this case. I’d say having to wait upto 4 weeks to see someone when money is spunked elsewhere says a lot about our Government and it’s population it is meant to serve. Hope and belief is probably all he needed in his hour of need but a computer said no somewhere. 9000 Government staff and they couldn’t find one to help this young chap. Despicable.
