When cannabis laws relaxed in Amsterdam, after an initial rise in consumption, the actual numbers of Dutch using the drug eventually dropped to a lower level than when it was illegal. It's interesting that they say it was been relatively easy to bring this into Jersey and Guernsey. Judging by the time-lapse it wasn't the same here.
