with macron on the slide it ain't looking good for the eu:D

merkel seems to have been very quiet, hopefully she has learned from this but i doubt it.....

They never learn. Their train of thought if things go wrong is that obviously more of the same is needed, hence they are now talking up the EU army and have dusted off plans for the United States of Europe. If people don't approve then it must be because they don't understand.

Sounds like your thoughts on corporal punishment and imprisonment.

Plans for an EU army is a fallacy.  It would not work on a strategic or tactical level.

Besides there is already an "EU" army, it is called NATO.

Feel free. Your reaction stems from a lifetime of conditioning which has been successful in convincing you and many others that what Merkel and her like have done is somehow normal and moderate, when in fact it is extremist, globalist nutjob stuff of the highest order which has imperilled her own people. The first duty of a national leader is to protect the nation and its way of life. Ask some of the rape and robbery victims if she has lived up to this responsibilty. Unfortunately, it's too late to ask many of the terrorists' murder victims.

The UK right-wing press, which is to say pretty much all of it, prefers to call the refugees 'migrants' for the simple reason that it makes them appear more of a threat to the simple-minded. Plus it re-inforces the xenophobic Brexit mindset. Not really surprised you've been taken in by it.

Why are they discussing it then? Just to waste time and money as usual? NATO is not the EU Army. Thank goodness!

nato is paid for mainly by the usa, germany can't even afford to pay its membership...

junckers speech certainly set out how the eu is heading, most have known this for sometime despite the lies told by remainers.....
