Declan
You won’t have this problem with driverless taxis. 2
Lxxx
As much as I don't like to see island businesses fail in this case it would be nice to see. A complete bully boy tactic of driving everyone else out of the market and replacing it with crap. If they were improving standards, reducing costs and offering a great service then I'd be on board, that's the free market economy. There's doesn't appear to be anything free about this market though

Declan
You would have public transportation - door to door - without having to rub shoulders with the public.

If these so called "driverless taxis" ever materialise, they wont be single seaters.

There's doesn't appear to be anything free about this market though Unfortunately there are some good people working there who I have known and worked with for years. They are treated like crap, demoralised, demoted and UK 'experts' brought in over their heads who are clearly out of their depth. They have created a monster which they can't control, it's too big for our small market and the staff are stressed out trying to squeeze the blood from a stone. It can only be some kind of tax fiddle, there is absolutely no business case for the thing!
