There’s one in the shed, one in the porch for dog walking (along with the luminous green gilet), one for cleaning out the burner, one for the kitchen pantry and one on charge. They alternate. 😂 Good job Cornwall's opening a new lithium mine...
doc.fixit
Wonder when some crackpot will con the govt into starting a lithium mine on the island? That'll stir Daphne up.

Kopek
Will the MUA actually get rid of the meter readers ans the backroom accounts staff? These would seem to be redundant with the smart meters? Or is it another march of technology that we didn't know we needed???

Derek Flint
I like being able to watch how much we are spending on the old smart meter. As we go more climate conscious I think they will catch on
Ramseyboi
Smart meters are a great idea with absolutely no downsides. They even give the more backward folk on island something else to whinge about for no good reason. Sometimes change and progress are good things, and this is one of those times.

The admin bit is unchanged. Maybe they will retrain their meter readers.
