Spoken like a true Manxman, you should have set up a Mec Vannin spuds & herring stall outside Tynwald in protest, far away from all that foreign food. Maybe a stall over growing with weeds, leaking roof & neglected with no consideration for the neighbors?

Rog
Idiots who engage in dangerous pastimes should be required to be formally trained and licensed, in addition to carry insurance. These fools have cost millions - and the death of one person so far. It's a crying shame their families can't be made to pay, or at least make a massive contribution to repay the costs that their kids are running up. Nests are amazing, so varied, incredible constructions some of them. A tiny robins nest set between two branches stuck down with mud and then weaved with grass and lined with moss, or a suspended mudball swallows nest under the eaves of a house. Amazing stuff. Look at a rookery with those big twiggy nests and then think about how windy it is here, how on earth do they stay up? I see quite a lot of nests, they're cool.
