Tram & Bus Incidents

I think 'Random acts of God' are an excuse for a human error or inexplicable happening?

Such as, trams running down mountains, buses attacking garages, fleets of Mercedes buses mysteriously appearing in Douglas!!!!

.......Oh Woody, I don't want to argue so this is my last post on this matter..................brake pipe leak drains HALF the reservoir so there is still half a braking system through the remaining good half of the DUAL system................

nope- had it happen......

rear copper metal pipe split- peddle goes to floor pushing the remaining fluid into the other chamber (which has the leak) of the dual master cylinders = no brakes.....

I think it’s a safe bet to say that there was nothing wrong with the bus

All this bollocks about brakes just detracts from the obvious

Let's view this in the same context of the immediate claim that there was nothing wrong with the tram brakes, as well?

Source's?

A neighbours tree shed a large branch onto my car and wrote it of  during Michael Fish's hurricane .

The Neighbours house insurance company refused to stump up stating it was "an act of God "  .

Had to claim on my own car insurance (losing my no claims bonus).

Who said there was nothing wrong with the tram brakes ?

No comparison

Er, one I. Longworth as I recall, immediately following last year's incident.

Could that be the one when the 'Cabbage'  was driven with the brakes on ( according to a little bird :whistling::lol:

Nope, definitely the tram. He claimed the brakes were perfect initially. It was reported and I'm sure there'll be a link somewhere.

Then H&S grounded the trams.
