(I was not the cleaner!) ..Seem to recall a smallish display of the Brazilian Crown Jewels. My hosts kept on apologising that this was not up to the standard of Buckingham Palace and our Crown Jewels in the Tower of London....I think it was once the home of the King/Emperor of Brazil who fled there from Portugal when Napoleon invaded.
