The 'business' of the Isle of Man is controlled at the Thursday morning CoMin meetings, and the various departments business are brought to the table via the Minister.

The Minister is a mighty powerful force. They choose - or in many cases have chosen for them - what crops up at the highest political level where decisions are made and policy decided.

It's a frightening thought.
