He is one of the idiots that seem to think a lot of letters after their name makes them stand out as superior individuals. The reality is that most of these types of qualifications and "fellowships" are effectively purchased. You pay the relevant body to take a course and exam (that is usually virtually impossible to fail!!) to give you a qualification that allows you to pay a subscription to become a fellow of said body!!
